Metagenomic analysis of Anaerobic acidogenic reactor. Anaerobic digester metagenome

The aim of the study was to understand microbial community dynamics of Anaerobic digestion process wherein methanogenesis was inhibited. Batch and continuous reactor studies were carried out with different methanogen inhibition strategies, different substrate and at different substrate loading rate. samples were withdrawn at different time to study the effect of above mentioned parameters on microbial population of the process.
