This Project aimed to reveal the soil microbial community composition of in grassland soils on the Tibetan Plateau, and their responses to human activities (e.g., grazing) and environmental changes (e.g., global warming, nitrogen deposition, and land degradation). In this project, we target not only soil fungi, bacteria, and archaea, but also some nitrogen-cycling genes (e.g., nifH gene).
