RHDV2 sequencing

Coding-complete sequences of three rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) isolates generated liver homogenates collected from dead rabbits found in Washington State, United States in 2023. These three sequences are highly divergent from currently available sequences from North America and should provide insights into viral spread, diagnostic capabilities and vaccine selection.
