Solanum_chilense_WGS_data. Local and temporal adaptation to changing climate via selective sweeps in a wild tomato species

Using whole genome data across the different habitats of the wild tomato species, Solanum chilense, we infer the past demographic history, detect selection signals and correlate the results with ecology and phenotipic features.
