A time lapse experiment of Saccharomyces cerevisiae expressing GFP tagged Clb2. Clb 2 is a cyclin-dependent protein kinase regulator, involving in G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle and positively regulating spindle pole body separation. These phase and GFP images are part of an image group containing CIL 35760-35779. Note that there are additional groups of images of other cell cycle regulator proteins by the same authors available in the Library.
