MolGrapher-Synthetic-300K is a synthetic dataset for graph-based visual recognition of chemical structures. The dataset is created by retrieving molecule SMILES from the PubChem database and generating training images using the RDKit library. The dataset is augmented at multiple levels, including random transformations at the molecule level (such as displaying explicit hydrogens, selecting molecular conformations, etc.) and random settings of rendering parameters at the rendering level (such as bond width, font, font size, etc.). The dataset also includes graph ground-truth, which consists of graph connectivity, atom and bond labels, and their positions.
