The library was prepared following the standard in situ HiC protocol for blood samples, using DpnII as the restriction enzyme. Standard circularization step was carried out, followed by DNA nanoballs preparation according to the standard protocol of the BGISEQ500 sequencing platform as described previously. The library was then sequenced with a PE100 strategy using the BGISEQ500 platform.
