SolPGD is an open-access portal that aggregates inter- and intra-species pan-genomes for the Solanaceae family, providing gene presence/absence matrices, syntenic orthology, functional annotations and interactive genome browsers across tomato, potato, pepper, tobacco and other solanaceous crops to accelerate comparative genomics and crop improvement.
