Replication Data for: Schisandra chinensis lignans combined with acteoside inhibit the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of liver cancer cells and its mechanism

Schisandra chinensis lignans combined with acteoside could inhibit the EMT, invasion and migration induced by CCL20 and facilitate the hepatoma cell apoptosis. The mechanism may be related to expression down-regulation of mRNA and protein p-ERK1/2, c-Myc and vimentin in ERK1/2 signaling pathway.
