APEX2 based identification of RNA and DNA at the nuclear lamina Fractionation-seq, APEX2-seq (for RNA), APEX2-based proximity mapping of RNAs and APEX2-based proximity mapping of LADs, and H3K9me3 ChIPseq. All samples have two replicates, except the H3K9me3 CHIPseq, which was done across cell cycle stages once.
