Acinonyx jubatus fecal microbiota Raw sequence reads

Studying the intestinal microorganism of the cheetahs (Acinonyx jubatus) and mastering the composition and diversity of the intestinal microorganism of the cheetahs can provide important data for the study of physiology and ecology of the feline animals and provide technical support for the protection and rescue of the cats. In this study, Cheetahs fecal microbiota was analyzed by high-throughput Illumina sequencing of the V3–V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene.
