Significant networks represented by top GWAS hits.

The networks were generated using Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (Ingenuity Systems, www.ingenuity.com). Each gene identifier was mapped to its corresponding gene object in the Ingenuity Pathways Knowledge Base (IPKB) and overlaid onto a global molecular network developed from information contained in the IPKB. Scores, corresponding to degree of enrichment, are negative log of p-values from Fisher’s exact test. Genes in bold (focus molecules) are genes that correspond to top hit SNPs in our genome-wide association study of placental abruption.Significant networks represented by top GWAS hits.
