RNA-seq from MFN2;Stra8-Cre cKO vs WT spermatocytes in mice

The Mfn2 gene was conditionally knock-out from male mice germ cells using Stra8-Cre mice. The spermatocytes were collected from PD 24 and PD 52 male mice, and were further isolated as pachytene cells (P) and leptotene/zygotene cells (L/Z). The transcriptome between MFN2 WT and MFN2 cKO spermatocytes were analyzed via RNA-seq in P and L/Z populations at different ages, PD 24 amd PD 52, respectively. Spermatocytes mRNA profile of MFN2 WT and MFN2 CKO(Mfn2 loxp/loxp; Stra8-Cre) at PD 24 and PD 52本数据集的实验构建与分析如下：利用Stra8-Cre工具小鼠，在雄性小鼠生殖细胞中条件性敲除Mfn2基因。从出生后第24天（PD 24）与出生后第52天（PD 52）的雄性小鼠体内收集精母细胞，并进一步分离为粗线期精母细胞（P）与细线期/偶线期精母细胞（L/Z）两个亚群。分别针对不同日龄（PD 24、PD 52）的P与L/Z亚群精母细胞，通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析Mfn2野生型（WT）与Mfn2条件性敲除（cKO）精母细胞的转录组差异。本数据集涵盖出生后第24天与第52天的Mfn2野生型与Mfn2条件性敲除（Mfn2 loxp/loxp; Stra8-Cre）精母细胞的mRNA表达谱。
