Part1/4 contains [spirals+axons data] Part2/4 contains [widefield+ephys data] here Part3/4 contains [whisker-evoked widefield data] here Part4/4 contains [visual-motor behavior widefield data] here In total, 4 parts together require 75GB disk space after unzipping. After downloading and unzipping both repositories, place all 7 subfolders under a root data folder. The companion code below will look for data inputs from these 7 subfolders, after specifying the root data folder. Companion code and description is here.
