The dynamically confirmed black hole binary GS 2023+33 better known as V404 Cyg recently entered the outburst phase (June 2015) after 26 years of quiescence stirring the interest of the entire astronomical community.At 05:19:52 UT Swift /BAT triggered and located V 404 Cyg (GCN CIRCULAR 18716 trigger=668097) after an hard X-ray flare. Swift did not slew due to a low merit value but we have already triggered a Swift monitoring on the source to follow a possible re-brightening. ow showing faint X-ray flux (about 45mCrab) and is observed in radio (fluxes 22 +-5 33+-5 45+-10 mJy at 4.6 8.2 and 11.2 GHz respectively Atel #8454) and in optical (with a variability of half a magnitude on time scales of 10min Atel #8453). Radio and optical follow up have been planned already. V404 Cyg might be therefore active again only 6 months after its last outburst. We therefore require an INTEGRAL ToO to observed this unique event. We ask for a long observation (1Ms) to be started as soon as possible in order to cover at best the starting phases of what might be a new outburst of this unique source. INTEGRAL will be able to observe V404 Cyg only until the 6th of February it is therefore of high importance to start the observations as soon as possible as INTEGRAL is the only X-ray observatory able to provide long uninterrupted observations fundamental to study the extremely variable behaviour of this system. We request the observations to be scheduled using the INTEGRAL Hexagonal pattern (HEX) in order to have the source within the field of view of the JEM-X and OMC monitors over the whole observation.
