This dataset contains high-energy proton flux measurements obtained by the NOAA-15 satellite from 2013 to 2024, covering four integral energy channels: >16 MeV, >35 MeV, >70 MeV, and >140 MeV. Data files are named following the convention “noaa15+YYYYMMDD+proton_flux.txt”. Each file is formatted using semicolon-separated fields and includes the following information: time (year; month; day; hour; minute; second), satellite identifier (satID), orbital altitude (Alt), geographic latitude (Lat) and longitude (Lon), geomagnetic activity indices (Dst and Kp), magnetic local time (MLT), and a set of geomagnetic parameters, including Bmin (Bo), Bmir (B or Bm), Lm, L* (Lstar), I, K, K^(1/2), Φ, log10(Φ), hmin, and hmin_lon. In addition, the dataset provides integral proton fluxes for four energy channels: P6 (>16 MeV), P7 (>35 MeV), P8 (>70 MeV), and P9 (>140 MeV), with units of particles·cm⁻²·s⁻¹.Geomagnetic parameters were computed using the IRBEM library (https://prbem.github.io/IRBEM/), with the IGRF-13 internal geomagnetic field model and the T89 external field model.
