Finite-record safeguards for EOFA–EEMD multisite stochastic simulation of daily temperature: MATLAB code and derived results

Release v1.0.0 provides the project-owned MATLAB code, configuration files, non-raw derived result tables, audit outputs, documentation, and figure-rebuilding workflows for an EOFA–EEMD multisite stochastic simulation framework with finite-record safeguards for phase randomization. The archive includes the four primary experiments, safeguard ablation and sensitivity analyses, rolling-period tests, dependence diagnostics, paired Tmax–Tmin physical-consistency diagnostics, and a new provider-neutral reference implementation of the preprocessing rules reported in the associated manuscript. The bundled derived tables are sufficient to reconstruct the final core Figures 3–7 without redistributing the restricted observational inputs or refitting the EOFA–EEMD models. Daily station observations obtained from the China Meteorological Administration, the station-level metadata and bias table used for Supplementary Figure S7, fitted model caches, member-level MAT fields, and boundary GIS files are not included. The EEMD/HHT implementation used in the original analysis is also not redistributed because an unambiguous redistribution licence was not present in the archived local copy. Required interfaces, provenance, data-access conditions, package contents, and reproduction instructions are documented in the included README and supporting documentation.
