Open_targets_magical_T_cell_project_

Understanding the factors that control persistence of effector T-cells and conversion to regulatory T-cells in solid tumours would be a major advance in immuno-oncology. This project will create bespoke pools of T-cells with CRISPR knockouts or activations. These cells will be injected into mice with syngeneic tumours, followed by a read-out of persistent or converted T-cells in the tumour compared to control tissue.
