Research data set on strategy formulation for sustainable business growth in the bag startup. This data set contains interview protocols; verbatim interview; IFE, EFE, QSPM analysis; and triangulation validation. The study used a single-case study of the bag startup Elanels in Malang, Indonesia, in 2024. This qualitative research dataset with data collection using the in-depth interview method is in Bahasa Indonesia.<br>
