16S rDNA sequencing of acute pancreatitis patients fecal samples

This study intends to use blood and stool samples from patients with acute pancreatitis, using 16S rDNA, ELISA and other technologies to explore the relationship between changes in the intestinal flora of patients with acute pancreatitis and the severity of the disease,and its correlation with serum and fecal Ang-(1-7) levels and intestinal permeability.It aims to explore the possible role of intestinal flora in the occurrence and development of acute pancreatitis, and to provide new intervention directions for the prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis.
