ISO-seq analysis of MYB isoforms in T-ALL cell lines and patient-derived xenografts

ISO-seq analysis was performed for two T-ALL cell lines (Jurkat and MOLT-4) and patient-derived xenografts (DFCI09 and DFCI15) after pulldown with MYB-specific probes to identify MYB isoforms Overall design: Total RNA was harvested from Jurkat, MOLT-4, DFCI09, and DFCI15, pulldown was performed with MYB-specific probes to enrich for MYB transcripts and subject to ISO-seq.
