Genomic localization of ENL, RNA Polymerase II, Histone H3K27ac in HEK293T and P31/FUJ cells.. Homo sapiens

Chromatin immunoprecipitation of HEK293T cells was performed using fractionation-assisted native chromatin immunoprecipitation method. Specific antibodies for ENL and H3K27ac were used for IP. Similarly, chromatin immunoprecipitation of P31/FUJ cells was performed using specific antibodies for ENL and RNA Polymerase II with its CTD phosphorylated on Ser 5 of the heptapeptide repeats were used for IP. The ChIPed DNAs were analyzed by deep sequencing along with the input sample.
