R Scripts, empirical and simulated data for 12 insular radiations

Once unzipped, the folder "IUCN status of species" lists the species in each radiation, and their IUCN status (1, threatened; 0, non-threatened). The folder "Scripts for calculation of Bayes Factors" contains the two R scripts used to calculate Bayes Factors and obtain box plots. The folder "Scripts to obtain branch lengths" contains the R scripts used for each of the three main models (Constant birth-death, Aging and Shift) to identify threatened species, prune extinct species, and obtain branch lengths of threatened species across the simulations. The folder “Simulated Data” contains the branch lengths of species across simulations. For each simulated tree, branch lengths of threatened species follow the column “threatened spp”. The folder “Trees” contains the six pseudo-empirical trees used in the validation test, and twelve empirical trees used in the final analyses.
