Study on fecal microbiota of alcohol-consuming mice

In the present study, we established a binge-on-chronic alcohol model in mice and identify the characteristics of alcohol-induced intestinal microbiome and metabolite dysbiosis by using multi-omics, and explore the effects and potential mechanism of these dysbioses on the intestinal colonization of K. pneumoniae.
