Cobalt-driven recruitment of associated bacterial consortium potentially involved in cobalt tolerance of dinoflagellate Scrippsiella acuminata

To investigate the effect of cobalt on associated bacterial consortium with dinoflagellate, we used Scrippsiella acuminata as a representative species to delineate the diversity and composition of bacterial microbiomes co-existing with the laboratory-cultured strain exposed to CoCl2 supplementation.
