Single-cell sequencing for HIV infected patients with failed immune reconstitution

Patients with HIV infection are susceptible to developed malignant diseases, especially for immunological non-responders (INRs) who have a depleted CD4+ T cells. To understand the dynamics of deficient immune reconstitution, we analyzed Single-Cell transcriptomic profiling of PBMC from immunological responders (IRs), INRs after HIV infection.
