This is a collection of diverse publicly available mouse macrophage datasets and is also a subset of GSE119085. The datasets belong to GPL1261 platform and all normalized together with samples from GSE119085. 327 published macrophage samples from 18 different series assayed on the GPL1261 platform were re-analyzed. RMA was used to normalize the CEL files.
