hg19 and hg38

The recombination map files in this archive were originally created by the authors of the pyrho algorithm.publication: https://advances.sciencemag.org/content/5/10/eaaw9206/tab-pdfgithub: https://github.com/popgenmethods/pyrhooriginal files: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Tgt_7GsDO0-o02vcYSfwqHFd3JNF6R06We modified the original files in the following ways:1) From each file, we removed the "Chromosome" and "Rate(cM/Mb)" columns because they no information that isn't already provided by the filenames and the remaining two columns.2) The "Map(cM)" column was rounded to include fewer decimal places3) Rows were removed so that the remaining intervals have a minimum possible recombination rate of 0.0004. This corresponds to a roughly 1 in 400000 probability of selecting a breakpoint for that interval. There is no good reason for regens to use recombination maps more resolved than this.
