AFLP loci 1, 4, and 5 are ecologically associated outliers according to the results analyzed by the spatial analysis method (SAM) (Joost et al. 2007, 2008) [17], [57] and generalized estimating equations (Halekoh et al. 2006) [37]. The rest of AFLP loci are outliers that are not ecologically associated. All loci were significant after the false discovery rate correction at P<0.05. *Significant after Bonferroni correction at P<0.002.
