hiPSC were treated or not with STING inhibitor, transduced with KD or control lentivectors and differentiated in induced neurons. Overall design: hIPSC treated or not for 45 min with STING inhibitor, were transduced with lentivectors coding for a sh either targeting the KZFPs genes (KD) or the Luciferease gene as control (Ctrl). Transduced cells were puromycin selected for 3 days and pushed to differentiate in neurons with the doxycyclin-induction of neurogenins (1µg/µl).
