Data Source Cycle-recorded real-time capacity data of 4820-B power batteries for electric motorcycles over 800 cycles under the specified cycle life test regime. 2. Data Processing 2.1 Real-time Early Warning Based on the discharge life requirements of electric motorcycle power batteries, monitoring thresholds are set to enable intelligent early warning. At the end of the test: - If no early warning is triggered throughout the 600 recorded cycles, continue the cycle until 800 cycles, and use the data from the 800th cycle for capacity retention rate calculation; - If early warning is triggered during the cycle when the real-time capacity drops below 60% of the initial capacity, use the data at the time of early warning as the termination capacity to end the cycle; 2.2 Performance Attenuation Change Rate Calculate parameters related to battery performance changes using the following formulas: (1) Capacity Retention Rate = (Real-time Capacity / Initial Capacity) × 100%; (2) Capacity Attenuation Rate = ((Initial Capacity - Termination Capacity) / Initial Capacity) × 100%; (3) Capacity Change Rate = ((Termination Capacity - Real-time Capacity) / Termination Capacity); 3.
