Long-read transcriptome of fern Stenochlaena palustris

Stenochlaena palustris is a fern native to Southeast and South Asia. This study uses S. palustris leaf sample from Central Kalimantan, Indonesia to create transcriptome profile based on Nanopore long-read sequencing method. The transcriptome data will serve as genome information needed to study secondary metabolites biosynthesis in S. palustris
