Transcriptomic profiling of Alzheimer's disease and high-fat diet-induced exacerbation in mouse brain

This project investigates transcriptomic changes in the brain associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and the influence of a high-fat diet (HFD) on disease progression. RNA sequencing was performed on brain tissues from three groups of mice: control, AD model, and HFD-exacerbated AD model. These data provide insights into how metabolic stressors such as high-fat diet may aggravate neurodegeneration in AD.本项目旨在探究与阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's Disease, AD）相关的大脑转录组学改变，以及高脂饮食（High-Fat Diet, HFD）对该疾病进程的影响。研究团队对三组小鼠的脑组织开展了RNA测序（RNA Sequencing），分别为对照组、阿尔茨海默病模型组以及高脂饮食加重型阿尔茨海默病模型组。本数据集可为阐明高脂饮食等代谢应激因素如何加剧阿尔茨海默病中的神经退行性病变提供关键见解。
