B cell transcriptome analysis

Splenic marginal zone (MZ) B cells are heterogeneous. We defined two distinct subpopulations of MZ B cells, CD80high and CD80low MZ B cells. To address transcriptional properties, we analyzed B cell receptor repertoire and gene expression of CD80high and CD80low MZ B cells. The sample of V(D)J repertoire contains the sequences of CD80high MZ, CD80low MZ, follicular B, and peritoneal B-1a B cells with adaptor index TGACTA, CGCTCT, TCTGAC, and GTGTCA, respectively. Gene expression sample contains total mRNA transcripts of CD80high and CD80low MZ B cells.
