Confocal data of Anoeuma lawrencei, NIGP175109 (holotype) and NIGP175110 (paratype)

This dataset contains the raw confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) slices for the type specimens of <em>Anoeuma lawrencei</em> (holotype, NIGP175109, and paratype, NIGP175110) from mid-Cretaceous Burmese amber. This dataset is associated with the publication "An unusual elateroid lineage from mid-Cretaceous Burmese amber (Coleoptera: Elateroidea)" (DOI:10.1038/s41598-021-01398-w). Confocal images were obtained with a Zeiss LSM710 confocal laser scanning microscope, using 488 nm Argon laser excitation line. Both original CZI files and exported TIFF stacks are provided.
