Single-cell analysis of the tumor microenvironment in a mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma

This BioProject contains single-cell RNA sequencing data generated from tumor tissues of a mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma.Single-cell transcriptomic profiling was performed to characterize cellular heterogeneity and immune cell populations within the tumor microenvironment.These data provide a resource for studying tumor immune interactions and transcriptional states in experimental models of hepatocellular carcinoma.
