This data includes: (a) Daily reported numbers of COVID-19 cases in the US from early 2020 to May 2022. (b) Determine the parameters and coefficients in the mathematical model l-i AIRv, an epidemic model developed from l-i AIR model, for analyzing the spread of COVID-19 in the presence of COVID-19 vaccinations. (c) Daily COVID-19 case counts with and without COVID-19 vaccination calculated from the l-i AIRv epidemic model (d) Tables, Figures and related programs written in Excel. These tables and figures are used for the manuscript "Analysis of Spread of COVID-19 in the United States with and without vaccination using the l-i AIRv Epidemiological Model"
