From Mental Wellbeing to Sustainable Action: The Role of Burnout and Systems Thinking in Shaping University Entrepreneurs — A PLS-SEM Approach.

No personally identifiable information, such as names, student identification numbers, email addresses, or contact details, was collected. Responses were recorded anonymously in order to protect participants and to reduce the risk of response bias when answering items related to sensitive aspects of mental health, particularly burnout in a professional or academic context. Informed consent was obtained electronically from all participants before they proceeded to the survey, through an introductory disclaimer page that clearly explained the voluntary nature of participation, the confidential handling of responses, and the academic purpose of the research. The study was conducted in accordance with institutional ethical guidelines and with the ethical principles for research involving human participants recognized by MDPI, including respect for participant autonomy, privacy protection, and minimization of risk
