Regulation of flowering time by autophagy in rice

This study investigated the effect of autophagy on flowering time in rice. Results provide important information of the response of flowering time to autophagy, such as specific flowerig time genes, up- or down-regulated specific flowering time functions. We examined gene expression by RNA-seq in wide-type and mutant osatg5-1 at the tellering stage.WT and osatg5-1 were growth on a faddy field under natural long-day conditions. the mature leaves were frozen in liquid nitrogen before mRNA extraction for sequencing at the tillering stage. There are 3 replicates per sample.
