KAP1 is a partner of Foxp3 in Tregs. Since Treg specific KAP1 deficient mice develop autoimmune disease, KAP1 is an important factor. To address the mechanisms of KAP1 regulation in Treg function, we performed RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: mRNA of KAP1 sufficient and deficient Tregs were sequenced using Hiseq2500.
