资源简介:

The information on functional traits is stored in "dh.sp.trait.csv". The number of survived and dead individuals for each diameter class and species during drought and non-drought periods is stored in "surv.dat.n.csv". Files and variables File: dh.sp.trait.csv Description: Variables species: ‌scientific name‌ P50stem: xylem water potential at 50% loss of conductivity (MPa) Tlp: leaf turgor loss point (MPa) Ks: xylem-specific hydraulic conductivity (kg·m^-1^·s^-1^·MPa^-1^) WUEi: intrinsic water-use efficiency (μmol·mol^-1^) A: maximal photosynthesis rate (nmol·g^-1^·s^-1^) gs: stomatal conductance (μmol·g^-1^·s^-1^) SLA: specific leaf area (cm2·g^-1^) WD: terminal branch wood density (xylem density; g·cm^-3^) File: surv.dat.n.csv Description: Variables species: scientific name family: c1: No. of survived individuals during the non-drought period c0: No. of dead individuals during the non-drought period d1: No. of survived individuals during the drought period d0: No. of dead individuals during the drought period dbh.bin:‌ lower boundary of the diameter class N: sample size lnRR: ln mortality response ratio v.lnRR: variance of lnRR lnRR.n: justified lnRR v.lnRR.n: justified variance of lnRR spsize: species size (95% percentile of basal area; cm2)
