数据集包含在上海交通大学一台三轴立加上进行的刀具磨损实验中主轴振动与电流数据集。数据采集时间为2019年9月,采集地点为上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院,采集设备为VMC850E三轴立加、山特维克铣刀、霍尔电流计、奇石乐三轴压电加速度计及配套的采集装置。数据集主要用于产线中刀具磨损动态误差建模、预测与补偿功能测试。数据集文件的大小为774MB。
This dataset contains spindle vibration and current data collected during a tool wear experiment performed on a VMC850E 3-axis vertical machining center at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The data was acquired in September 2019 at the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The acquisition equipment includes the VMC850E 3-axis vertical machining center, Sandvik milling cutters, Hall current meters, Kistler 3-axis piezoelectric accelerometers and supporting data acquisition devices. This dataset is primarily used for testing functions such as dynamic error modeling, prediction and compensation of tool wear in production lines. The total size of the dataset files is 774 MB.
