本計畫依據國際間森林健康管理趨勢,建立國內重大病蟲害健康管理技術,以符合落實現代森林健康管理行動。安全農藥樹木健康管理方面,完成去年度樟白介殼蟲藥劑注射後之防治效果分析,藥劑方面益達胺的穩定性較毆殺松為佳,且施用2次及3次之防治效果無明顯差異。同時,樹木注射雖無立即性的效果,但經由本年度之追蹤調查,可發現益達胺組之蟲口數低於對照組,代表殘留於樹木體內之藥劑發生作用。而經由ELISA檢測,可發現至施藥後第120~210日期間內殘留量最高,至第300日已明顯下降。本年度並由3月起,以每月1次為間隔,對部分去年度松德路之樣樹進行再注射3次,以比較隔年施藥及連年施藥間的差異。非農藥樹木健康管理方面,本年度持續以植物園及陽明山竹子湖氣象為樣區,共計53棵樣樹,完成評估並進行PCR分子檢測,發現褐根病並無擴散情形,竹子湖氣象站並於9至11月間,每月以生物製劑持續進行防治試驗。 According to the Forest Health Protection, this project is mainly built with pest control techniques and nonpesticide of tree health control management. In pest control techniques, Imidacloprid was considered to be more effective than Acephate in Aulacaspis yabunikkei control. However, the differences between 2 and 3 injecting frequencies are not significant. Furthermore, the ELISA tests of Imidacloprid demonstrated that the maximum residual amount is in 120 to 210 days after treatment. In order to compare the difference between continuous and discontinuous control, some sampling trees were re-injected 3 times this year. In non-pesticide of tree health control management, the sampling sites of brown root rot management were set at Taipei Botanical Garden and Zuzihu weather station. PCR testing of the 53 sampling trees demonstrated that the activity of brown root rot was controlled. Furthermore, biomedical reagents were used to improve tree resistance in Zuzihu weather station.
