T Cell Receptor CDR3 Repertoires from Brain and Peripheral Tissues Following Experimental Ischemic Stroke in Mice
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides T cell receptor (TCR) CDR3α and CDR3β sequences derived from infarct-core ipsilateral brain tissue and peripheral tissues (spleen and blood) following experimental ischemic stroke in mice. The resource includes both productive and non-productive TCR sequences generated by bulk genomic DNA–based immunosequencing. The data span complementary experimental designs, including single-site age- and sex-stratified cohorts and multisite, cross-model replicated studies encompassing transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO), distal middle cerebral artery occlusion (dMCAO), and distal hypoxic (DH) stroke models. Multisite datasets were independently generated across multiple institutions to enable assessment of reproducibility and robustness across experimental contexts. CDR3α repertoires are available only for the single-site cohort, whereas the multisite dataset contains CDR3β repertoires exclusively.
