Single cell RNA sequencing analysis of bronchoalveolar lavage samples from SARS-CoV-2 challenged Rhesus macaques

Single cell RNA sequencing analysis was performed on bronchoalveolar lavage samples obtained from Rhesus macaques infected intranasally/intratracheally with SARS-CoV-2 after vaccination with mRNA-1273 vaccine Overall design: Samples were obtained on days 2 and 7 post SARS-CoV-2 challenge from 4 animals previously vaccinated with 30ug of RNA-1273, 6 animals previously vaccinated with 1ug of mRNA-1273, and from control/unvaccinated animals (6 animals on day 2, 5 animals on day 7)
