Included in this file are: 1- SGP-biased genes that are also annotated as expressed in SGPs on http://wormbase.org , 2- hmc-biased genes that are also annotated as expressed in hmcs on wormbase.org , 3- SGP enriched genes [18] that are also detected in our study, 4- C. elegans transcription factors in the wTF2.0 dataset [54] that are SGP-biased in our dataset, and 5- expression results for C. elegans homologs of pluripotency factors.
