Data for: Exploring the Relationship Between Decreased Sound Tolerance and Neural Attention Processing: An ERP Study

For each dataset, the date field should be regarded as the participant number. "group" indicates the group to which each participant was assigned at the time of analysis. "questionnaire_en" contains the raw response data for questionnaires related to decreased sound tolerance as well as a face sheet. The questionnaire was administered in Japanese, and this file is a machine-translated version. The face sheet includes information on diagnoses of developmental disorders and psychiatric conditions, self-reported sensory hypersensitivity, sex, and age. "Behavior" includes accuracy and reaction time (RT) data from the pure-tone n-back task. Each participant completed two runs for both the 1-back and 2-back conditions; therefore, performance is reported separately for each run. "ERP_1back" and "ERP_2back" present individual averaged ERP waveforms elicited by task-irrelevant white noise during the pure-tone n-back task, sampled at 2-ms intervals.
