Cell of the DT40 chicken B lymphocyte line at mitosis. Z-series of widefield immunofluorescence images captured using a 100x/1.4NA planapo objective lens on a Deltavision system and deconvolved with a constrained iterative algorithm (Applied Precision). Displayed is the central z-slice. Metaphase localization of Hec1(green) at centromeres during mitosis in INCENP OFF cells. CENP-H-GFP is red and DAPI (DNA) is blue. The fourth channel shows H3S10ph.
