资源简介:
Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) aggressively colonize plant roots of many plant species and augment plant growth and immunity to pathogen attacks. Some PGPR strains produce cytokinin and antioxidants, while others induce the degradation of the ethylene precursor 1-aminocyclopropane- 1-carboxylate (ACC) by bacterial ACC deaminase. Previously we have isolated Pseudomonas oryzihabitans AXSa06 from the National Park of Delta Axios in Greece, and we have found that this strain possess ACC deaminase, produce auxin and siderophores, and solubilizes P. In this study, we characterize the transcriptome of tomato seedlings inoculated with AXSa06 under salt stress (200mM NaCl).
