RNA-seq expression matrix for "A multi-omic resource of wheat seed tissues for nutrient deposition and improvement for human health"

This dataset contains the following two parts: 1. <strong>The expression matrix of the 34 RNA-seq samples</strong>. The expression matrix (in FPKM unit) for all 110,790 annotated genes are provided. 2. <strong>The differentially expressed genes identified for the pair-wise comparison between the RNA-seq samples</strong>. For each pair of comparison between the samples, log2(fold change) and FDR values are provided. NA, not applicable. The ‘EXP’ column indicates whether a gene is considered to be expressed or not. This dataset also is cited as "Figshare file 1" in the manuscript entitled "A multi-omic resource of wheat seed tissues for nutrient deposition and improvement for human health" published in the Scientific Data journal.
